Displays:  
8' by 10' booth with two tables and two chairs, location allocated on arrival

Setup Time: 
Thursday October 20th - 7pm to 9pm / Friday October 21st - 7am to 8am

Exhibit Schedule:
Friday October 21st - 8am to 3:00pm

Takedown:
Friday, October 21st - 3:00pm to 5:30pm

Cost:
Commercial Booth: $400.00
Price per booth for the conference  -  includes 2 tickets for Friday lunch,
Wi-Fi Access and Electricity.


Non-Profit Organizations: $200.00
Price per table for the conference  -  includes 1 ticket for
Friday lunch and Wi-Fi access

PLEASE NOTE: Non-Profit Tables may not be located
in the Exhibit Hall Area and may not be used to sell product for a profit.


All Booth Reservations are Pre-Paid at the time of Reservation.
Payment by Credit Card Only

Cost of AV services / Wired Internet Connection are not included in the booth rental. These may be purchased separately
from our show services provider.
